A Dra. Séverine Iborra é originária da França. Ela iniciou seus estudos de medicina na Universidade de Lyon e, posteriormente, transferiu-se para a Universidade Albert-Ludwigs em Freiburg, onde obteve sua licença médica em 2007. Ela obteve seu doutorado em 2008 por meio de pesquisa experimental em oncologia molecular. De agosto de 2008 a novembro de 2013, a Dra. Iborra trabalhou como residente na Clínica Universitária de Mulheres em Freiburg. Após passar nos exames de especialista em ginecologia e obstetrícia, continuou sua carreira como especialista na mesma clínica. Em novembro de 2015, ela transferiu-se para o Hospital Universitário RWTH Aachen como médica sênior.

Na Clínica de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia, sob a liderança do Prof. Dr. E. Stickeler, a Dra. Iborra liderou o departamento de obstetrícia de 2017 a 2019. Desde dezembro de 2017, foi responsável pela organização do ensino no departamento, e em outubro de 2019, tornou-se Médica Sênior Gerente e Médica Sênior de Pessoal da clínica, posição que ocupou até se mudar para Solingen.

Além de seu trabalho científico, com inúmeras publicações e apresentações em grandes conferências ginecológicas, a Dra. Iborra aprofundou suas especialidades médicas. Ela obteve certificações em diagnóstico e terapia oncológica do Grupo de Trabalho de Oncologia Ginecológica, bem como qualificações adicionais em Patologia Cervical e Colposcopia (AGCPC), Uroginecologia e Cirurgia Reconstrutiva Pélvica (AGUP), e da Associação Profissional de Ginecologistas (BVF).

Em 2019, a Dra. Prof. Dr. Ayla Güven graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and completed her mandatory service at Ege University Chest Diseases Bornova Tuberculosis Dispensary. Following that, she started her specialization training in the Department of Child Health and Diseases at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in 1993. After working as a specialist physician, she began her subspecialty training in Pediatric Endocrinology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in September 2000 and became a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist in December 2002. In April 2003, she started working as an assistant professor at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine and worked in the Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Department at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, USA, between May and November 2003. After returning to Turkey, she continued to work at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine. This clinic was the first to offer Pediatric Endocrinology subspecialty training in the country. During her time there, one person became a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist. On March 13, 2006, she successfully passed the exam and received the title of Associate Professor. Since December 2006, she has been working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital. In this hospital, she was appointed as the head of the Pediatric Endocrinology clinic in November 2008 and started providing Pediatric Endocrinology subspecialty training for the first time in the hospital in March 2009. Between 2009 and 2017, she trained five Pediatric Endocrinology specialists. Most of the physicians she currently provides subspecialty training to have gained academic titles as professors and associate professors. After working as a training instructor at Health Sciences University Zeynep Kamil Hospital for Children and Women from 2017 to 2021, she retired at her request from public service. Between 2021 and 2024, she worked as a Pediatric Endocrinology specialist at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child Health and Diseases, at Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Miroshnyk Tetyana Valeriivna is an endocrinologist with 22 years of clinical experience. She treats endocrine disorders using modern protocols. Her focus is on conservative treatment and long-term care for chronic conditions.

She provides consultations, diagnosis, and ongoing management of endocrine diseases. Her areas of expertise include type 1 and type 2 diabetes, diabetes insipidus, thyroid and adrenal disorders, metabolic syndrome, obesity, and metabolic imbalances.

Dr. Miroshnyk is known for her personalized approach and use of evidence-based methods. She is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life by preventing complications and tailoring therapy to each individual.

Dr. Kubilay Ukinc is a specialist in endocrinology and metabolic diseases. His clinical interests include diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, and hypertension. He also treats adrenal and pituitary diseases, as well as hormone-related disorders in both women and men. Dr. Ukinc has expertise in low blood sugar conditions.

He received his medical training at Hacettepe University and Karadeniz Technical University. He has worked in academic and clinical roles at Karadeniz Technical University, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and Istanbul Bilim University. Dr. Ukinc has broad experience in internal medicine and endocrinology. He is active in both patient care and medical education.

Assoc. Prof. Atakan Topçu, M.D., is a medical oncologist at Medipol University and Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital. He treats solid tumors, including lung, breast, colorectal, gastric, and neuroendocrine cancers. His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Recent work includes a 2024 Frontiers in Medicine study on geriatric syndromes and a 2023 Future Oncology paper on sarcopenia and anxiety in lung cancer. He has also published on the CONUT score in breast cancer and on malnutrition in HER2-negative metastatic gastric cancer.

Dr. Topçu serves on the Editorial Board of BMC Cancer. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology, ESMO, and the Turkish Geriatrics Society.
