Dr. Ramazan Gökhan Atış, born in Istanbul in 1978, graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School in 1996. He completed his medical education at Çapa Faculty of Medicine in 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, he received his specialization training at the Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital Department of Urology, and obtained the title of Urology Specialist in February 2008. After working at Edremit Military Hospital between 2008 and 2009, he started working as a Urology specialist at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009. In 2011, he underwent a 3-month Laparoscopy-Robotic Urology training at Heidelberg University Heillbronn Clinic. In 2017, he was elected as a board member of the Endourology Society and has been serving in this position since then. Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman is a urologic surgeon and professor. He specializes in prostate growth, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, kidney stone disease, male infertility, and pediatric urology. He works as a Consultant Surgeon in pediatric urology. He has served as Chief of the Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He was also President of Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Dr. Karaman has published over 300 academic papers. He has edited scientific books on prostate cancer and pediatric urology. His work has been cited internationally more than 1,000 times. He is a founding member of the Turkish Society for Pediatric Urology and the Eurasian Urooncological Association. He serves on the Scientific Programme Council of the Société Internationale d'Urologie. He is accredited by several international medical associations and has organized major medical congresses.

Prof. Dr. Fatih Kurtuluş is a leading urologist and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He specializes in endourology and urooncology. He received advanced training at IRCAD Strasbourg and gained international experience at Heidelberg University and Milan San Raffaele IRCCS Hospital.

He became a professor in 2018. He has received several awards, including the 2015 Urooncology Research Award. He also won best oral presentation at the AUA Congress in 2008 and the EAU Congress in 2009. Dr. Kurtuluş has published widely in international journals. He is an active member of the EAU, Endourological Society, Turkish Association of Urology, and Urooncology Association.
