Antes de fundar a Hospitaprime, o Dr. Pera atuou como Cirurgião Oral e Maxilofacial no conceituado Hospital Koru em Ancara de maio de 2021 a julho de 2022. Pouco depois, ele juntou-se ao Hospital Memorial em Istambul em setembro de 2022, onde continua a exercer.

Em março de 2023, o Dr. Pera deu um passo significativo em sua carreira ao fundar a Hospitaprime em Istambul, uma clínica odontológica de ponta que oferece uma miríade de serviços dentários.
