2. Perineal Repair Surgery

The surgeon removes the irregular skin and scar tissue at the vaginal opening (perineum) caused by childbirth and reconstructs the area using a special suturing technique. The resulting incision becomes a straight, smooth line that blends naturally with the surrounding skin.
