Our primary goal is to guide and support clients through every stage of their recovery journey, from the initial assessment, with ongoing case management through any transition to residential rehab at Satori Recovery And when you return home after your treatment at Satori Recovery, you and your family receive the all-important continued care for 12 months (applies to the client) Our process begins with a thorough assessment of each client’s unique situation, including their substance use history, mental health, and any co-occurring issues. During this phase, we work collaboratively with the client and/or relative to establish realistic and personalised goals for their recovery journey. Based on the assessment, we develop individualised treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges of each client. These plans may include a combination of counselling and coaching sessions, specialist therapi groups, support groups, educational resources, and other interventions tailored to promote sustainable recovery. Our drug and alcohol recovery counsellors, therapists and specialist addiction coaches play a crucial role in providing ongoing support and guidance. Through regular one-on-one sessions, daily group sessions, we help clients navigate the complexities of early recovery, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies to maintain abstinence. Our approach is strength-based, focusing on building on the client’s existing strengths and resilience. Our approach emphasises a client-centred, strength-based collaborative, and holistic strategy to guide individuals through every step of their recovery journey.
