Dr. Rafał Kuźlik is one of the most recognized Polish physicians in the field of plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic and functional gynecology. His professional position has been built on more than three decades of medical practice, over 25 years of documented clinical experience, academic involvement, surgical expertise, and many years of training physicians both in Poland and internationally.

He is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, a Doctor of Medical Sciences, and a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, formerly known as the Warsaw Medical Academy. Over the years, he has worked within both clinical and academic institutions, including the Department and Clinic of Obstetrics, Women’s Diseases, and Gynecologic Oncology at the Medical University of Warsaw, where he also taught Polish- and English-speaking medical students. Between 2012 and 2020, he served as the Head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at EMC St. Anne’s Hospital in Piaseczno.

Dr. Kuźlik is the founder and owner of SaskaMed Clinic in Warsaw — a place created with a vision of modern, interdisciplinary, and holistic women’s healthcare. SaskaMed combines gynecology, plastic and reconstructive gynecology, urology, surgery, aesthetic medicine, physiotherapy, and psychological support, addressing the needs of women at different stages of life: after childbirth, surgeries, injuries, illnesses, during menopause, and in situations requiring reconstruction or improvement of intimate function.

Dr. Kuźlik also practices in Dubai, collaborating with Koster Clinic — one of the recognized private medical facilities in the United Arab Emirates. His presence in Dubai responds to the needs of international patients, including women from Europe, Scandinavia, Ukraine, the GCC region, and expatriate communities seeking European medical standards, discretion, surgical expertise, and individualized care.

A particularly important aspect of Dr. Rafał Kuźlik’s work is plastic and reconstructive gynecology, understood not as superficial aesthetic medicine, but as a field combining anatomy, function, sexuality, comfort, mental well-being, and women’s quality of life. His practice includes, among others, labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, vulvar reconstructive procedures, correction of postpartum and postoperative scars, vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, treatment of selected urogenital conditions, radiofrequency procedures, and solutions dedicated to women after childbirth, trauma, illness, and previous unsuccessful procedures.

Between 2003 and 2010, Dr. Kuźlik completed breast surgery training at Helios Klinikum in Germany.

Dr. Kuźlik is the author of original surgical techniques used in aesthetic and reconstructive gynecology. Among the most important are the One Cut Technique and Linear Z Technique, developed as single-stage reduction techniques for the labia minora and clitoral hood, as well as the Double O Technique concerning clitoral repositioning and X-wing Technique concerning prolapse treatment using autologous, patient's material. These techniques are recognized within the international community of aesthetic and reconstructive gynecology and have been presented in educational materials, conferences, and publications.

For approximately 15 years, Dr. Kuźlik has trained physicians in surgical and minimally invasive techniques in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive gynecology. He has conducted training programs and lectures on nearly every continent, including appearances in Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Scotland, Romania, Georgia, France, the Netherlands, Austria, South America — including Brazil and Chile — the United States (Miami), the Philippines, and many other countries. His educational activity has played a particularly important role in shaping the language, standards, and practical approach to a field that for many years remained marginalized, misunderstood, or reduced solely to aesthetics.

He is the author and co-author of scientific publications and book chapters. He contributed to Polish publications concerning plastic gynecology, physiotherapy after plastic surgery procedures, minimally invasive techniques in plastic gynecology, and cosmetology. He is also a co-author of chapters in the international book “Aesthetic Gynecology Rejuvenation,” published by CRC Press / Routledge, which describes, among others, techniques related to labiaplasty and clitoral area surgery.

On an organizational and professional level, Dr. Rafał Kuźlik is the founder of the Polish Academy of Plastic and Reconstructive Gynecology, co-founder and President of the Polish Society of Plastic Gynecology, as well as the General Secretary of WARAG – World Academy of Regenerative and Aesthetic Gynecology. He is also a co-founder of the World Women Health Foundation, an organization established to support women’s health, education, prevention, and assistance for women after experiences of illness, violence, trauma, and health crises.

In his work with patients, Dr. Kuźlik combines the experience of a surgeon, diagnostician, educator, and physician who understands that intimate problems are rarely purely anatomical issues. For many women, they involve pain, shame, discomfort, post-childbirth difficulties, consequences of trauma, reduced quality of life, relationships, sexuality, femininity, and a sense of security. Therefore, his approach is based on dialogue, proper medical qualification, realistic treatment planning, respect for the patient’s boundaries, and selecting procedures only when there is functional, reconstructive, or quality-of-life justification.
