Ele nasceu em 1987 no Azerbaijão. Em 2004, formou-se na Escola nº 39 de Goranboy. Em 2006-2007 serviu no exército durante 18 meses no regimento nº 112 do Ministério da Defesa em Baku. Em 2014, graduou-se na Universidade Médica do Azerbaijão e recebeu o título de Doutor em Medicina.
