Dr. Halil Ibrahim Canter is a plastic surgeon with almost 25 years of experience in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He focuses on Oral, Maxillofacial, Facial, and Hand Surgery. He is known for inventing a reconstructive osteogenesis system.

Dr. Canter has written over 50 academic publications. He has received several national and international awards for his work in bone and tissue regeneration. With over 10 years of plastic surgery experience, Dr. Gökhan Semerci speaks advanced English.
