Dr. Thamonwan Trongpanyachot (Dr. Bee) is a physician at Plenary Wellness in Phuket. She specializes in aesthetic, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. Dr. Bee earned her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical University of Lublin in Poland.

She is skilled in advanced aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and biostimulator injectables. Her approach focuses on achieving natural and lasting results. In regenerative medicine, Dr. Bee provides PRP hair therapy, PRP hair mesotherapy, and stem cell therapy for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

Throughout her life, she has explored a variety of sports, including pole sport, CrossFit, and martial arts. In her teens, she discovered a love for strength training that has remained a cornerstone of her routine. Eventually, Netta competed in bodybuilding, where she learned the life-changing impact of dedicated training, nutrition, and mindset. However, this experience also highlighted the detrimental effects of extreme fitness approaches. Today, Netta's interests have expanded to include calisthenics and handstands, continuously challenging herself and her clients with new forms of movement. As a coach, she leverages her extensive knowledge and compassion to help others achieve their fitness goals sustainably. She emphasizes lifelong habits that promote health and wellbeing, empowering individuals to celebrate their unique abilities and bodies. Guru Gede Arimbawa, the visionary founder of Santhika Retreat Center, is a Balinese healer in the 7th generation. Deeply rooted in the island’s spiritual traditions, he has spent his life sharing ancient wisdom with those seeking healing and transformation. Guru Gede is the creative mind behind Dream Hill, a sanctuary he brought to life from his imagination, and he personally trains all of our SPA therapists in traditional Balinese healing techniques.

Learning the sacred practices of yoga, healing, and spirituality from his father, Guru Made Sudire, at the young age of 10, Guru Gede has honed his craft over decades. Today, he joyfully imparts his knowledge, guiding others on their journey to wellness. He also practices Numerology using the ancient Balinese calendar and offers deep tissue healing massages.

Every Full Moon, Guru Gede leads a special ceremony and meditation at the ancient Buddhist Temple, Candi Buddha, where participants connect deeply with the island’s spiritual energy.

Her group offerings include the self-awareness Leela game, ancient sound healing, and sacred cacao ceremonies, while personal sessions range from sound therapy to Osho cards reading.

Mira’s passion is to help people expand their consciousness and shift their perspectives. She is dedicated to sharing her extensive experience with those ready to transform their lives. At Santhika Retreat Center, Mira leads certified sound healing training, empowering others with the tools to facilitate healing. Ari’s journey began as an emergency nurse, but after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that severely affected her mobility, she found healing through yoga. This transformative experience inspired her to become a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher. Her teachings are grounded in the principles of embodiment, helping students connect with their physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment. At Santhika Retreat, Ari guides restorative yoga and meditation sessions, sharing her journey of resilience and healing with those seeking inner peace and mindfulness.

In addition to her yoga practice, Ari has a special ability to read energy, offering private energy and chakra healing sessions as well as past life regressions, creating a deeply holistic and transformative healing experience for her clients.

Dr. Ellen Christiaanse is an expert in alternative healing. She combines evidence-based methods with holistic practices. She earned a Doctorate in Information Systems from MIT. She also holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Christiaanse is certified as a Reiki Master, Yin Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapy Healer, and Horse-Assisted Coach. She has led more than 100 wellness retreats. These include Yoga, Meditation, Detox, and Women’s programs. She is known for her innovative healing techniques and dedication to integrative health. Her client satisfaction rate is over 95%.

Professor De Angelis is an expert in nutrition and physiology. His approach consists of a series of easy-to-follow rules and concepts that revolve around a fundamental principle: for millions of years, food has been a form of communication between the environment and man, according to which the organism has self-regulated, modifying its body composition, its metabolism, the amount of accumulated fat.

By relying on the De Angelis method, we will finally be able to eat well, that is, to nourish ourselves by following the simple but effective rules dictated by human physiology, which concern the composition of meals, their quantity and, above all, their daily rhythm.

As a child, the career I wanted the most was to become a doctor because I wanted to help others, give back to the society, and provide something good to my fellow humans. When I grew up, I became a doctor as I had always dream of. 

During my time as a medical student, I developed a strong passion for performing procedures because I enjoyed it and I was good at it. After graduating, I had the opportunity to further my studies in surgery due to my interest in performing various procedures and my personal traits of caring for everyone, treating them fairly, and focusing on achieving the best outcomes for my patients. I listen to what my clients want, analyze their structure, and perform procedures that best meet their needs. 

This led me to open this clinic with the intention of ensuring that those who undergo surgery are “satisfied” and leave with “a smile and renewed confidence.”
