I love this place because, all in one location and without having to go anywhere else, I found all the care I needed. They have all the specialists anyone could need, which makes for quick and efficient treatments. I was very happy with the service.

They treat you badly, from the blonde receptionist to the orthodontist. They yell at you as if you weren't paying or as if it were wrong to have a question. They're very rude, like they're frustrated with life. Only one girl, I think her name is Lina, is kind. The rest are all bitter. Also, at the orthodontist's, they never tell you how your treatment is going or anything. They see you, change the elastics, and that's it. If you ask anything, they get annoyed and give you a dirty look.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! My mother had a tooth treated there, and the experience was awful. The treatment she received from the dentists, especially from the so-called "dentist" Ana Maria Ortiz, was terrible. Due to the poor procedure, they fractured the root of her tooth, causing health problems. Furthermore, no one wanted to take responsibility for the damage caused. We requested a refund, and their response was a NO, evading responsibility for the significant harm they caused. Now we have to cover additional expenses to resolve the problem they created.

Terrible, I've been asking for a summary of my treatment for 2 months now because I left the city and I never get a response. They are not professional at all, don't look for this place.

I do not recommend this place, as the service provided by "THE MANAGEMENT" is poor. They treat the customers the same way. I was going for orthodontics, and the treatment was much longer than I actually needed. Because of this, I stopped going when I saw that the treatment wasn't progressing, and due to financial reasons, they decided to cancel my treatment without notifying me. The reason given was that I hadn't contacted them. The manager was supposed to get in touch with me, but he never did. For these reasons, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
