One of the best experiences of my life. I was anxious and worried when it was confirmed i had to undergo surgery. Dr. Wirth took time to explain the implications of my medical condition and what to expect. His approach, care and concern gave me the confidence to remain positive throughout. The team at the clinic was very professional and helpful as they made all the arrangements for the pre and post surgery tests and all we had to do was be present at the appointment place and time. Thank you so much Dr. Wirth and your team. Please keep up the good work👍

Excellent radiology department but RUDE reception. it could be nice if reception person would not rudely bark “je ne parle pas anglais” with distain and not ask someone to help. It’s not appropriate to treat a patient in such a manner at this level of a private clinic. Do they require training on how to treat patients? Would it not be possible as elsewhere to ask someone beside them who DOES speak English. Second time having this unnecessary behavior. Radiology otherwise is top, so I gave 5 stars. I would rate “reception” 1.

Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

The maternity was just perfect. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great food too! They followed every detail of my baby during our stay and gave useful solutions and suggestions. It’s never easy at the beginning but luckily we got help from their very professional staff! Aline, Marion, Pauline, Émilie .... big thank you to all the mid-wife who were supper supportive during our stay. I also recommends the physiotherapy there after epidural.

C'est une très bonne clinique ou tout est mis en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien. La structure est bien pensée avec un confort de chambre vraiment appréciable. En période de canicule, on se sent vraiment bien. Le plus important est bien sûr pour l'équipe médicale, paramédicale, et hôtelière. Compétences,savoir faire, profond sens humain. C'est remarquable. Un très grand bravo. Merci.

Je suis rentrée hier en clinique et tout se passe à merveille avec tout le personnel. Une gentillesse extrême, grande disponibilité, aux pti soins. Et je pense qu'il en sera ainsi les prochains jours.
