Um dos meus maiores medos enquanto vivia na Romênia era um evento médico grave. Quando soube que precisava de uma cirurgia nas costas, fiquei apavorado. Comecei a pesquisar neurocirurgiões, encontrei o bookimed e, em seguida, o Ponderas. Fiquei mais confortável à medida que avançávamos na organização da consulta, e quando estávamos lá e conhecemos o coordenador e o cirurgião, nos sentimos muito melhor. Eles responderam a todas as nossas perguntas e ajudaram a acomodar a longa viagem que tivemos que fazer. Depois de fazer o check-in para a cirurgia, a equipe médica foi tão atenciosa e gentil. Até mesmo os pequenos toques especiais, como na foto. Sinto que eles me deram uma boa ideia de como seria a recuperação e o que esperar em casa. 10/10

O processo foi muito organizado e todos tiveram o cuidado de explicar cada parte do processo. Toda a equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. As enfermeiras e até o homem que me levou até o carro foram muito atenciosos e gentis.

A comida estava bem ruim. Pelo menos havia comida.

Everything was handled so well

Ao acordar da anestesia, a primeira coisa que reparei foi na presença calma e atenciosa da equipa de enfermagem. Essa sensação de ser bem cuidada marcou realmente toda a minha estadia. O meu cirurgião foi profissional e tranquilizador desde a primeira consulta para o meu osteoma. Estou agora a 15 dias da cirurgia e, embora a recuperação seja um processo, o apoio tem sido constante. Sinceramente, desde o planeamento inicial até ao ambiente da clínica em si, não consigo apontar uma única coisa que pudesse ter sido melhor. Tudo foi tratado de forma excelente. Senti genuinamente que toda a equipa, desde o pessoal administrativo aos profissionais de saúde, foi excelente.

Não posso deixar de recomendar vivamente, desde a Bookimed até ao Hospital Ponderas, toda a experiência foi excelente. A complexidade da intervenção a que fui submetido foi executada de forma impecável (remoção de osteoma/correção do septo + turbinotomia). O Dr. Manea é um otorrinolaringologista excecional, com conhecimentos e competências extraordinários, o melhor do país; ele garante que nos sentimos atendidos, que nos ouve e que compreendemos exatamente cada passo.O hospital está muito bem equipado e é confortável. Todos falam inglês, pelo que a comunicação foi clara, fluida e precisa. Gostaria de agradecer à minha coordenadora, Olha, da Bookimed, por todo o apoio e por ter garantido que eu recebesse exatamente o que precisava e solicitei.
