Dr. Mark Semenov is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health, with extensive experience in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and the treatment of dual diagnosis. He is a certified specialist in psychiatry and has completed advanced postgraduate training in addiction treatment, dedicating a significant part of his clinical practice to patients suffering from substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric illnesses.

Dr. Semenov graduated from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University and completed his residency in Psychiatry. He has been licensed to practice medicine in Israel since 2002 and was awarded board certification as a specialist in Psychiatry by the Israeli Ministry of Health. In addition to his psychiatric specialization, he has completed certified postgraduate training in Addiction Medicine, Healthcare Management, and Emergency Medical Care, continuously expanding his professional expertise according to modern international standards.

For many years, Dr. Semenov has specialized in the psychiatric treatment of patients suffering from alcohol dependence, opioid addiction, heroin addiction, cocaine addiction, methamphetamine addiction, cannabis use disorder, benzodiazepine dependence, prescription medication misuse, nicotine dependence, gambling disorder, pornography and sex addiction, internet addiction, gaming addiction, and other behavioral addictions.
