Professional Background

I completed my education in the United States, where I studied from the sixth grade onwards. In 2007, I graduated from the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

I practised dentistry in the United States for ten years, working in several cities, including Cleveland, Boston, New York and Los Angeles. During this time, I gained extensive clinical experience across a broad range of dental disciplines and procedures, including diagnostics, the identification and treatment of dental foci of infection, prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, professional scaling and cleaning, periodontal curettage, root canal treatments and various other dental procedures.

After 27 years in the United States, I decided to return to Hungary in May 2017, having ultimately felt that I was more at home in my native country than in American culture. In 2018, my American dental and molecular biology degrees were successfully accredited by Semmelweis University in Hungary.

About Dr. Vámosy

Medicine and dentistry have been deeply rooted in my family for several generations. My father, mother, aunt and uncle all chose this profession, and their example was a major inspiration for me to follow the same path.

Beyond my professional life, I have a profound interest in exploring and understanding the philosophical perspectives and underlying principles that shape our world. I am particularly passionate about philosophical discussions, non-duality, the concepts of relative and absolute truth, metaphysical questions and conscious awareness.

My fundamental values are honesty, integrity, morality and virtue, which I believe should guide our actions and relationships, both on an individual level and within society.

I also have a keen interest in ancient history, the arts and electronic music, all of which provide different perspectives on human creativity, culture and existence.

I am guided by the belief that "the unexamined life is not worth living" (Plato), and by the idea that "the mind that perceives a limitation is itself the limitation" (attributed to Buddha).

These principles reflect my approach to life, encouraging continuous self-reflection, intellectual curiosity and an open-minded perspective on the world.
