I am a co-author of the books "Basic Handbook of Implantology" and "Advanced Implant Surgery". I have also written numerous book chapters and scientific journal articles.

I have also taught numerous courses and conferences at national and international events.

Until 2007, I dedicated my career to community medicine at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, where I was responsible for the training of resident physicians who had completed their training there. I also worked as a teacher for undergraduate students.

A specialist in the digestive system through MIR from the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Barcelona, he received his PhD from the University of Barcelona.

He completed his postgraduate training in the Gastroenterology Service of the Barcelona Hospital Clinic and then in the Department of Gastroenterology at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, USA), where he conducted cutting-edge research on inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis).

O médico é o Diretor e Fundador da Clínica de Olhos no Centro Médico Teknon, especializado em cirurgia implantológica-refrativa. Pioneiro no tratamento a laser de distúrbios oftalmológicos na Espanha, o médico foi o primeiro no país a corrigir a miopia com um laser excimer e a implantar lentes de colámero para erros refrativos. Especializado em terapias para todos os tipos de doenças oculares, o médico é especialista no tratamento de glaucoma e catarata utilizando técnicas cirúrgicas e microválvulas.

Specialist in medical-surgical dermatology and venereology MIR at the Hospital del Sagrado Corazon in Barcelona in 1987.

After completing his specialty, he worked as a doctor at the Hospital del Sagrado Corazón in Barcelona until 1993, where he gained experience in dermatological surgery and laser therapy.

In 1994, he founded the Dermatology Department of the Teknon Medical Center, where he is currently a prominent collaborator and Medical Director. Over the years, he has created and consolidated a team of professionals with a wide range of specialties in clinical dermatology, aesthetics, oncology and laser therapy. She is currently Head of the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Service at the Quironsalud Hospital of Barcelona and Head of the Plastic Surgery Service at the Dexeus University Hospital since November 2021.

Throughout his career, he has combined public health work with teaching, and has also carried out important outreach and research work. She has authored and co-authored numerous scientific articles and publications, and is a regular speaker at specialized conferences. She is also involved as an investigator in several lines of research in the field of monitoring and using new treatments for burn patients.
