This package is designed for patients seeking an advanced therapeutic approach to reduce systemic inflammatory burden and support overall well-being. It may be of particular interest to individuals with elevated inflammatory markers, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, Long COVID and other post-viral inflammatory symptoms, metabolic dysfunction, chronic inflammatory conditions, or general health concerns related to persistent inflammation.
Systemic inflammation can be associated with a wide range of symptoms and health conditions, including fatigue, brain fog, muscle and joint discomfort, reduced energy, poor recovery, metabolic imbalance, and decreased overall quality of life. Chronic low-grade inflammation may be influenced by immune system dysregulation, oxidative stress, metabolic factors, infections, environmental exposures, and underlying autoimmune or inflammatory disorders. Throughout every procedure, patients remain under continuous supervision of experienced physicians and qualified medical staff to ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care.
Package Includes
Before your arrival, our medical team will review your medical documentation, laboratory results, symptoms, and treatment history. You will receive an online consultation with a physician experienced in apheresis therapies to determine whether DFPP may be appropriate for your individual situation.
Upon arrival in Warsaw, comprehensive blood testing will be performed. Following laboratory testing, a second consultation will be conducted to discuss the results and finalize your treatment plan. The following day, you will undergo one DFPP procedure.
Suggested Schedule
Prior to arrival, online consultations and review of medical documentation are completed remotely.
Day 1: Arrival in Warsaw.
Day 2 early morning: Comprehensive blood testing.
Day 3: DFPP procedure.
Optional Services
Additional DFPP or LDL apheresis procedures may be arranged if medically appropriate. Hotel accommodation, airport transfers, and translation services are available upon request but are not included in the package price.

Dr. med. Adam Macech is a general surgeon and emergency medicine physician with over 40 years of practice in Poland and abroad. He leads the emergency care unit at Warsaw Southern Hospital. He also oversees blood purification (apheresis) at Nowoczesna Afereza. He served as a medical expert with the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq. He worked on the front line in dedicated COVID-19 hospitals. He has also provided medical care aboard a vessel in the North Pacific.
He graduated from the Medical University of Lublin. He completed an NHS clinical placement in Dorchester, UK. He holds postgraduate diplomas in organ transplant coordination and coloproctology from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
His career includes roles at the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw, the Railway Hospital in Pruszków, the Barska Trauma Center in Warsaw, the Department of Vascular Surgery and Transplantology at the Central Clinical Hospital in Warsaw, and the Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska. He lectures, writes, and speaks at national and international emergency medicine conferences.
