Tummy Tuck & Male Chest Lift after Significant Weight Loss

This combined procedure is designed for male patients who have experienced significant weight loss and are left with excess, loose skin affecting the abdomen and chest. The aim of the surgery is to remove redundant skin, improve body contours, and restore a firmer, more proportionate, and naturally masculine silhouette.

The Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) involves the removal of excess skin and tissue from the abdominal area. If necessary, weakened or separated abdominal muscles may also be tightened to strengthen the abdominal wall and create a flatter, firmer abdominal contour. The position of the navel may be adjusted to achieve a natural and harmonious appearance.

The Male Chest Lift involves removing excess, sagging skin and reshaping the chest following significant weight loss. Depending on the patient’s anatomy and the extent of skin laxity, the procedure may include repositioning the nipple–areola complexes and removing residual excess tissue. The goal is to achieve a flatter, firmer, and more naturally defined masculine chest contour.

Both procedures are performed during one surgical session and are individually tailored to the patient’s anatomy, degree of skin excess, and expected outcome.
