Dr. Joanna Kapska is an otolaryngologist (ENT) and a graduate of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. She practices at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Clinical Oncology at the University Clinical Hospital in Poznań. She also serves on the academic staff of her alma mater. She is part of the medical team running a biologic therapy program for severe chronic rhinosinusitis.

She has completed courses and certifications in laser laryngeal surgery and diode laser techniques.
