This package is designed for patients with confirmed or suspected endometriosis who are seeking an advanced therapeutic approach to help reduce systemic inflammation and support the management of chronic inflammatory processes associated with this condition.
Endometriosis is a chronic condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterine cavity, most commonly affecting the ovaries, fallopian tubes, pelvic peritoneum, and surrounding tissues. The condition is associated with chronic inflammation and may cause pelvic pain, fatigue, digestive symptoms, bloating, and fertility challenges. Increasing scientific evidence suggests that inflammatory mediators, immune system dysfunction, oxidative stress, and abnormal inflammatory responses may contribute to the development and persistence of symptoms in some patients. Although conventional gynecological treatments remain the foundation of endometriosis management, many patients seek additional therapies such as DFPP to help address ongoing inflammatory processes.
The core of this package is Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (DFPP), an advanced blood purification therapy that selectively removes specific substances from the bloodstream. DFPP selectively filters the patient's plasma through specialized membranes.

Each patient receives a personalized DFPP plan based on their medical history, disease severity, laboratory findings, current medications, and treatment goals. Throughout every procedure, patients remain under continuous supervision of experienced physicians and qualified medical staff to ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care.

Package Includes
Before your arrival, our medical team will review your medical documentation, laboratory results, imaging studies, and treatment history. You will receive an online consultation with a physician experienced in apheresis therapies to determine whether DFPP may be appropriate for your individual situation.
Upon arrival in Warsaw, comprehensive blood testing will be performed. Following laboratory testing, a second consultation will be conducted to discuss the results and finalize your treatment plan. The following day, you will undergo one DFPP procedure.

Suggested Schedule
Prior to arrival, online consultations and review of medical documentation are completed remotely.
Day 1: Arrival in Warsaw.
Day 2 early morning: Comprehensive blood testing.
Day 3: DFPP procedure.

Optional Services
Additional DFPP or LDL apheresis procedures may be arranged if medically appropriate. Hotel accommodation, airport transfers, and translation services are available upon request but are not included in the package price.
